Dr. Burton explores the impact of these actions on public resources, including job cuts and disruptions in key government agencies like the IRS. Highlighting the lack of a coherent plan, she critiques the administration's disregard for order and its harmful consequences on both supporters and the general populace. A Black Executive Perspective now presents Need to Know

2

:

with the award winning hyphenated Dr.

3

:

Nsenga Burton.

4

:

Dr.

5

:

Burton.

6

:

What do we need to know?

7

:

Good afternoon and welcome

to need to know with dr.

8

:

Nsenga Burton.

9

:

I am she thank you for joining

me today What am I going

10

:

to talk to you about today?

11

:

I'm going to call him that man like

elizabeth booker does that man who

12

:

is in the white house and his um Uh,

shadow vice president slash president

13

:

are, uh, smashing and grabbing.

14

:

That's what my friend, Dr.

15

:

Stephanie Evans calls it.

16

:

Smashing and grabbing all of

the resources of the government.

17

:

And I find that fascinating since they

have no regard for the government.

18

:

If the government is so horrible

and terrible, then why are they

19

:

going after all of the resources,

including the human resources

20

:

that the government has to offer?

21

:

And I think, you know, When you

are trying to save money, you

22

:

know, some of this has to happen.

23

:

Right?

24

:

But there's usually a plan

in place, not a just burn and

25

:

slaughter everything in its path.

26

:

Um, so that you can get as much money as

possible to give to these tech oligarchs

27

:

that you have promised 500Billion dollars

to further advance and develop AI.

28

:

So, I just think it's really interesting

that they have no regard for any of

29

:

the people who have been working.

30

:

Many of them are their supporters,

which I find also interesting.

31

:

So, it's like, do you

really hate the government?

32

:

Or do you hate government when.

33

:

You know, the opposing party is in

office because a lot of your supporters

34

:

are now unemployed because you

have literally been slashing jobs.

35

:

I am hearing that there's

some mental illness happening

36

:

and that someone has, um.

37

:

You know, something has happened

hasn't been reported yet, so I have

38

:

not reported it yet, but things that

are happening around the mental illness

39

:

space, because of the harassment

and bullying that is coming from,

40

:

uh, POTUS and his shadow president.

41

:

Um, but the thing I want to

talk about today, which I

42

:

think is really important is.

43

:

The lack of regard for order this

obsession with confusion and we know, you

44

:

know, whether you read project 2025 or

hey, just paid attention to the 1st time

45

:

that this person was in office confusion

and chaos is the order of the day.

46

:

There is no order.

47

:

There's no thought behind anything.

48

:

There is no intention other than

to cause harm wreak havoc and

49

:

to impose whatever will you want

through bullying and harassment.

50

:

That's pretty much what it is.

51

:

That is what he does.

52

:

That is how he rules.

53

:

That is why he has declared bankruptcy

7 times because it is not possible

54

:

to rule or Lord over people who

are used to democratic processes.

55

:

Even when people are laid off, even

when people are let go, because you're

56

:

writing the ship, or you're tightening

up tightening the belt, if you will.

57

:

There is usually a plan in place,

such that they have some notice.

58

:

They understand that it is coming.

59

:

They understand why it is coming,

even if they don't agree with it.

60

:

But the slash and burn

is just not working.

61

:

For example, why on earth would you fire

:

62

:

All of the agencies, government

agencies that exist, all of the

63

:

government agencies that exist.

64

:

Right, so now it looks like, oh, now we

know why you infiltrated the Department

65

:

of Treasury other than to take over

the money also so that you can now hold

66

:

on to people's tax returns and their

refunds and live off of the interest

67

:

that will accrue when you don't pay it

back in a reasonable amount of time.

68

:

All right, so I'm really tired of

government entities and you talk

69

:

about being tired of government

having these interest free loans

70

:

on the backs of American taxpayers.

71

:

And I have no idea what that has to do

with what this man promise you all right?

72

:

Because we knew he was lying based

on his prior performance from:

73

:

where he had to be made by Congress.

74

:

To give y'all 600 after you

were stuck inside for two years

75

:

because of his failure, failure

to avoid an avoidable pandemic,

76

:

right?

77

:

And avoidable illness that killed

millions of people and has ramifications

78

:

that we don't even know of to this day.

79

:

All the people with long

covid and all of that.

80

:

So, you know, sometimes you can

say, I don't know, you know, like,

81

:

I even get in 2016 where you like,

you know, just give him a chance.

82

:

Let's see what happens.

83

:

I mean, I don't really get it,

but I can see how someone can

84

:

make that logical conclusion.

85

:

Like, you just, we don't know, like,

you know, yeah, we've seen all this,

86

:

we know all this or whatever, but

let's see what he does in this role.

87

:

You all knew in 2016, how this man

moved when he left office, we fired him.

88

:

Do you all recall we fired him because

he had done such a horrible job and

89

:

because he did such a horrible job

now that he's back in, he has a shadow

90

:

president who has a terrible record.

91

:

Look at X versus Twitter.

92

:

Look at Tesla.

93

:

Look at the stock prices right now.

94

:

Look at stock X, which is why they want

this 500 billion dollars because they're

95

:

running out of money to play around with.

96

:

And all these people rolling around

in these, what I call research cars,

97

:

these Teslas that are research based.

98

:

And having all these problems.

99

:

That's who you put in

charge of our country.

100

:

That's who you put in charge of our money.

101

:

That's who you put in charge of

your jobs, which you no longer have.

102

:

Now, I'm an empath, so I don't

want anybody to lose their jobs.

103

:

Even white supremacists,

please stay employed so you

104

:

can leave me the hell alone.

105

:

Stay over there wherever you are.

106

:

Stay over there.

107

:

Keep your job.

108

:

But the way that people are going about

it, Even if you do feel like you have to

109

:

write the ship, you have to save money.

110

:

You have to be innovative

and think about other ways of

111

:

doing or conducting government.

112

:

This approach is not working.

113

:

It's not working for the

people that you're targeting.

114

:

And it is not working for

the people who voted you in.

115

:

So, if you need another indicator that

this, that man, as Elizabeth Booker

116

:

says, I love when she says she, I can't

say it like her, but that man and his

117

:

shadow president, here's exhibit Z.

118

:

That they're not ready for prime time and

you have let this man fail upward again.

119

:

Both of them, they just fail

upward because they have money.

120

:

They're rich and we are all

paying the price for it.

121

:

So I don't want to hear shit.

122

:

Excuse my language about

you not getting your refund.

123

:

I don't want to hear nothing

about you being unemployed.

124

:

I don't want to hear nothing about

your maggot relatives having to

125

:

move in with you because they

lost their jobs in their homes.

126

:

This is what you voted for.

127

:

This is what you wanted.

128

:

And when people try to tell

you and I have a healthy dose.

129

:

Of concern when it comes to government.

130

:

Anybody who knows me is like, I

see life through a very dark lens.

131

:

So it's beyond party to me.

132

:

It's like, of all the

republicans you could have put

133

:

in office, you chose this one.

134

:

And there's some decent

republicans out there.

135

:

Y'all won't let them talk, cause

they're not MAGA republicans.

136

:

You won't let them lead, cause

they're not MAGA republicans.

137

:

But there are some decent republicans

out there in the universe.

138

:

So next time, I mean, if you want to,

you know, like Democrats not doing it

139

:

for you, I'm going to get a Democrat.

140

:

We got to find a Republican.

141

:

Find one who doesn't have a track

record of slashing and burning and

142

:

destruction and chaos and confusion.

143

:

Find one where you can

go to sleep at night.

144

:

And wake up happy the next morning, most

of the time, that's all I got for you.

145

:

I wish you a wonderful day,

choose happiness, choose joy.

146

:
