:A Black Executive Perspective
now presents Need to Know with
3
:the award winning hyphenated Dr.
4
:Nsenga Burton.
5
:Dr.
6
:Burton.
7
:What do we need to know?
8
:Good afternoon Welcome
to need to know with dr.
9
:Nissinga Burton.
10
:I am she and today I am going to
be talking about that fiasco that
11
:horrible horrible Presentation by 47.
12
:I think I'm just gonna start calling
him the Manchurian candidate because
13
:based on what happened at that press
conference press conference in quotes
14
:It was really a, like, really mild WWE
match, uh, in the Oval Office or wherever
15
:they were, but, um, I don't know if
you saw the press conference with, uh,
16
:Ukrainian President Zelensky, but it was
a travesty, you know, um, there's such
17
:a thing as decorum and professionalism
and we already knew from 45, right?
18
:When he was 45, 2016, that, uh, The
Manchurian candidate has none of that.
19
:He has none of it.
20
:And the fact that he has not done anything
or and his handlers, no one around him has
21
:been able to get him to maybe take a class
or to have a little bit of training or to
22
:think about diplomacy and his relationship
to foreign affairs is mind boggling to me.
23
:The fact that he's still
behaving badly and even worse.
24
:I mean, he badgered demeaned.
25
:He physically put his hands
on President Zelensky.
26
:He lied on him, lied to him,
27
:anything, any of the S.
28
:A.
29
:T.
30
:words that start with D.
31
:E.
32
:or B.
33
:E.
34
:is what happened in that
particular press conference.
35
:It was embarrassing for our
nation and I usually don't suffer
36
:a secondhand embarrassment.
37
:I'm very clear on people being doing
embarrassing things and it really
38
:reflecting who they are and not
who I am, but I had some secondhand
39
:embarrassment because I guess
I'd forgotten about how uncouth.
40
:Unpolished, mean spirited, verbally
abusive, and unprofessional, this
41
:current president is, and remains to be.
42
:And their people actually celebrate him.
43
:You know, the Ukraine needed to be
told, you know, we don't have a,
44
:uh, an empty bank account for them.
45
:I'm like, you can tell talk about
difficult subjects in a respectable way.
46
:You can be respectful to guests.
47
:One of the worst things my mother told
me, always told me, one of the worst
48
:things you can ever do is invite someone
into your house and mistreat them.
49
:That's one of the worst, lowest things
you can do, followed by being invited to
50
:someone's house and then coming out of
that house and talking badly about them.
51
:Right.
52
:So again, decorum and our current
president lacks decorum, but also what
53
:came out of that press conference and why
I'm calling him the Manchurian candidate.
54
:And if you've seen the movie, um, either
the original or the remake, you know
55
:what I'm talking about, but this is a,
it's, it's about a, uh, a president,
56
:um, who has been compromised by the
Russian government, by the Soviets.
57
:Um, and the fact that in this,
Press Conference 47 managed to align
58
:us with North Korea and Russia.
59
:He talked down and talked poorly,
talked badly about, maligned
60
:our former presidents, U.
61
:S.
62
:presidents, while he uplifted
Soviet President Putin.
63
:He did away with decades.
64
:Of foreign policy
65
:with his words.
66
:He basically said that Putin is his
man I'm saying that in vernacular
67
:They're not together together.
68
:I don't think I don't know but They
together together in politics, right?
69
:but that his alliance is with Putin
and that Even though the ukraine
70
:is our ally and is the ally of all
of our other allies historically.
71
:He is now Juxtaposed himself
and reposition the U.
72
:S.
73
:Against our current allies, then
he had the audacity to pause.
74
:The funding to the Ukraine, when Zelensky
said, and you can see this on C SPAN
75
:because all they keep playing is like,
the WWE portion of the press conference,
76
:but C SPAN is showing it unedited.
77
:Um, but when Zelensky said, stopping
aid from the Ukraine, basically,
78
:um, we'll put them in peril.
79
:And make them, um, weaker, uh, and
increase the possibility of Russian
80
:taking, of Russia taking the Ukraine.
81
:Now, the Russia said, and I know
we don't call them Russia anymore,
82
:but that's why I call them, I'm
52, I'm calling them Russia.
83
:The Soviet Union, the former Soviet
Union, has said that they were going
84
:to take the Ukraine in three days.
85
:And it has been three years.
86
:So those are some fighters and they
have made good use of whatever funding
87
:they have received from the allies.
88
:If you need an indicator
or measurable outcome.
89
:All right.
90
:So this idea that somehow the Ukraine
is, you know, bankrupt in the U.
91
:S.
92
:it is not not even possible remotely the
idea that the Ukraine started the war.
93
:It did not not even remotely and
thus and so they need to be thankful
94
:to the United States for keeping
Putin off their ass, which actually.
95
:Has been happening, but under
Biden under the Biden Harris
96
:administration, not under this 1.
97
:I was like, are we 60 days in February?
98
:19 March?
99
:19 would be 60.
100
:we're not even 60 days in and our
current president has managed to
101
:put us in a very weak weekend.
102
:Invulnerable position, because he is
clearly been compromised in my mind,
103
:you know, this is just me watching.
104
:I don't have any intelligence data.
105
:I'm not Elon Musk.
106
:I don't have access to all the
records, all the records, um,
107
:but if I had to put money on it.
108
:I would say this candidate is compromised
because there's no, you know, aside from
109
:the unprofessionalism, aside from the
lack of decorum that we know and expect,
110
:there's no reason for him, you know,
surrounded by his cronies, including
111
:JD Vance, learn how to sit on a sofa.
112
:Why are you there?
113
:Anyway, like, you're not even supposed
to be there, but if you're going to be
114
:there, learn how to sit appropriately.
115
:Can you please sit up?
116
:Um, and and be quiet.
117
:Do look at Rubio.
118
:I mean, you know, I'm not a fan of
Rubio, but at least you know how to
119
:act, uh, in certain circumstances, my
goodness, take some notes, but I saw
120
:how JD Vance and this is me being mean.
121
:And I mean, it when he let his
mama and grandma come to the RC,
122
:looking the way they did, I knew
that he didn't care about nothing.
123
:He didn't care about nothing.
124
:And that was on full display.
125
:In this particular instance, so I'm
sorry, I had a mean girl moment.
126
:I'm coming back.
127
:The point is the quorum is important
when you lead nations, institutions,
128
:corporations, nonprofits, or what have
you, you have to have the quorum, you have
129
:to withhold sometimes how you're really
feeling inside, you know, you have to not
130
:say everything that comes to your brain.
131
:And you certainly have to not sell out
your country to a sworn enemy every
132
:single time you get on a microphone.
133
:So, you know, my mother's like, I'm
just waiting to get my Russian I.
134
:D.
135
:in the mail.
136
:I said, me too.
137
:Maybe they'll email it to us
since they have all our data.
138
:Um, but, you know, the lack
of decorum is too much.
139
:So please do not follow your president.
140
:I mean, do not follow what he's doing.
141
:Um, remember your manners, remember
your training and remember your
142
:professionalism, particularly when you
are leading a major entity and whatever
143
:you do, never sell out your people.
144
:Never talk down on your people
in order to celebrate the ops.
145
:That's Nsenga Burton.
146
:If you need to know, tune in next
week where we will have a black
147
:executive perspective podcast, the
award winning, the signal award
148
:winning black executive perspective

149
:I want you.
150
:I wish you a wonderful day,
151
:a black executive perspective.
